I focus on helping women make lasting changes, not quick fixes. Through consistent, manageable habits in lifestyle, exercise, nutrition, and mindset, I empower women to adopt sustainable changes that fit into their lives and continue to serve them in the long run.
I really limit the number of women I work with on each programme so I can offer the best level of support, places are limited and the programme runs 3 times per year – so get on the waitlist for the next one!
WHAT’S INCLUDED?

12 week training plan
Throughout the programme you will be guided though a weekly workout plan that you can easily do at home or at the gym. Everything is explained with videos and examples of movements.

nutrition plan
During the 12 weeks we will look at changing small things in your diet - it’s all about small steps so it doesn’t become overwhelming. You will be given a programme to follow that looks focusses on nurishment, staying hydrated and timing of eating.

tips/advice
The programme also covers all sorts of other factors, like the importance of sleep and recovery, supplements and mindset.

community
When you start the programme you will be invited to a WhatsApp group of other women just like you to share as little or as much as you want to - you’ll also get a weekly check in call with me to keep you on track.

You will be invited to set up an account on the TrainingPeaks app to track your training plan which includes pre- recorded videos and a full explanation of how to do each exercise, trackers and guides for each week are shared by google docs and also a WhatsApp community for you to stay accountable and share your wins each week.
Weekly tracking:
- Measurements such as weight and body measurements
- Simple symptom tracker (scale of 1-10 on symptoms).
- Personal goals, i.e able to perform a lunge without props, get up and down stairs without pain, fit in clothes again, be able to concentrate at work, and be able to sleep better.
- Scheduled 1:1 weekly check in call to run through the plan.
Frequently Asked Questions
What equipment do I need access to?
When you sign up, we will run through what equipment you have at home or at the gym and your plan will be tailored to suit. For every exercise there will e options to do with weights, body weight or even some times things you have at home – like a tin of beans! Ideally you would have access to some dumbells, but it’s not essential to get started.
When can I start?
Clarity is a 12 week programme, I open the doors 3 times a year – February, April and September..
I have allergies/intolerances, how will the nutrition plan work?

How much time do I need each week?
I get it – I know you’re busy. The programme is designed to work around your life and other commitments, but you will have to commit to doing this for you.
The training sessions are focussed on building strength, you will be given 3 sessions to complete each week that take between 30 and 45 minutes.
The nutrition guidance is all there, but I always recommend you give yourself a little time each week to plan out your meals, this makes it way easier to stay on plan
