Join us for a truly restorative experience in one of the most beautiful corners of the UK. We’ve teamed up to offer not one, but two transformational wellness retreats in May 2026 — designed to help you rest, reconnect, and reset in nature.

Whether you join us for a few days or the full week, you’ll enjoy expert-led sessions, nourishing food, time to unwind, and the company of like-minded women — all in the stunning setting of Telfit Farm, a renovated Georgian farmhouse nestled in the heart of Swaledale.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

Our camps have expert coaching, use state of the art facilities and are suitable for athletes training for single discipline sports, sprint, Olympic and 70.3 triathlon distances.​ ​You’ll get in all the training and recovery you need… along side plenty of fun and relaxation! We keep the number of athletes attending limited so that you get the best coaching experience.

CYCLING

A range of outdoor cycling in stunning rural lanes. Coahed cycling sessions to improve your cycling power, speed and efficiency.

sWIM

Exclusive use of the indoor swimming pool, including fully coached sessions throughout the weekend - including a video swim analysis.

ENDURANCE

Don't forget Strength and Conditioning - a crucial ingredient in any training plan, we'll provide some coached sessions to get you stronger.

RUN

A range of outdoor running in the stunning local area with coached run sessions to improve your form, technique and pace.

ACCOMODATION

2 nights accomodation, based on 2 sharing a twin room.

FOOD & REFRESHMENTS

3 home cooked an nutritious meals a day to keep you well fuelled throughout the weekend.

OUTDOOR DIP & SAUNA

We'll head over to nearby Pool Bridge Farm for a dip and a sauna,

Time for slowing down and improving flexibility, you'll also get a relaxing yoga session.

Front Crawl Swim Technique Day Camps

Refine your stroke. Build confidence. Swim with ease.

Join us for a full day dedicated to improving your front crawl technique — combining expert coaching, video analysis, and time to unwind in nature.

These small-group day camps are ideal for triathletes, open water swimmers, or anyone looking to feel more efficient, powerful, and confident in the water.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

Swim camps take place across 2 days including 1 over night stay. During the packed 2 days you will have access to leading expert coaching and use of the state of the art facilities available, including the 25 metre swimming pool. All camps are small groups with coaching team on hand all weekend to guide, support and answer all of your questions.

TECHNIQUE SWIM SESSIONS

Two technique focused swim sessions per day with our coaching team at the incredible pool facilities at Queen Margaret's School.

sWIM ANALYSIS

Full video swim analysis of swim strokes (worth £125). During the 60 min session I will video you swimming from several angles, above and below the water and provide immediate feedback to help you improve.

THEORY & EDUCATION

Myself and expert coaching team will run some theory and education sessions to deepen your understanding.

OUTDOOR SWIM EXPERIENCE

We'll head to Pool Bridge Farm lakes for an outdoor dip experience including a sauna and lunch!

Accomodation

Ensuite accommodation... twin rooms...

FOOD & REFRESHMENTS

All meals included throughout the weekend including lunch at Pool Bridge Farm.

Who are the camps for?

Anyone! I am a big believer in making training fun for all, you don’t have to be training for anything in particular or a triathlete to come along to a camp, but if you are great – see you there!
